Our team have developed simple annual maintenance contracts to cover essential regular AC Servicing and qualified support for AC, Plumbing and Electrical repairs. Boasting an impressive team of technicians, the Essential Maintenance team deliver with the same level of customer service and workmanship that customers have come to expect from our team – 24/7, 365 days a year. Our AMC service is available for individuals / commercial clients like the retail sector, organizations, healthcare sector, educational sector and industries.

Our services includes:

• AC Servicing: Three visits per year, scheduled every 4 months.
• Emergency Call Outs: Available 24hrs a day, 365 days a year for AC, Electrical and Plumbing emergencies – get help in as little as 90min.
• Non Emergency Repairs: For AC, Electrical and Plumbing repairs – our technicians can be at your home within 4 hours.
• Labour for finding & repairing for AC Gas Leaks: Freon Coolant (R22) required for top ups and after gas leaks
• Labour and Consumables: Labour for AC, Electrical and Plumbing hardware repairs and replacement is included, as well as a large number of consumable parts.
• Free External Window Clean: Customers in villas receive a complimentary external window clean each contract year.
